Jas Lim - Dog Man: Mission Impawsible

Dog Man: Mission Impawsible is a 2D side scrolling puzzle platformer releasing December 6, 2024 on multiple platforms. Dog Man: Mission Impawsible brings the beloved book series to life! Dive into this action-packed, humor-filled adventure. The key to the city has fallen into the hands of a supa bad guy, unlocking all the prison doors and releasing many evildoers. Help Dog Man and his friends chase down the supa bad guys in their most impawsible mission yet! Switch between Dog Man and his Supa Buddies, each with their own special abilities and gadgets such as Rockets Boots, Retractable Claws and Dirt Proof Pants. Together you can overcome challenging obstacles and defeat powerful bosses.

I was a programming intern at Floor 84 Studios during Summer 2024 and worked on gameplay and UI programming in the Unity engine on DogMan: Mission Impawsible.

Code using Unity packages including Rewired, Localization, and DOTween.

Map select, menu panels, button navigation, and cutscene interaction across platforms
Interfacing hearts, collectibles, and Supa Gadget switching abilities HUD (Heads Up Display) with gameplay
Fixed gameplay bugs throughout 50 levels.
